Processing Times -
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. - Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates -
Shipping is Australia Wide only STANDARD delivery within Australia usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. A flat rate applies.
EXPRESS SHIPPING rate will be in your cart, (if selected) takes approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Please note delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or postal service disruptions.
Tracking Your Order - Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Shipping Restrictions - Currently, we only ship within Australia. - We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers (unless using Australia Post only).
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing your order, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
