Our products are sold as mystery boxes.

Items inside each box are chosen by us and cannot be customised by the customer.

Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may vary.

3. Orders & Payments-

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, and major credit/debit cards. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and the details are valid and correct.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping-

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. 

Refunds or replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or lost in transit.

Promotions, discount codes, or offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

 

7. Limitation of Liability-

Boxed & Loaded is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by third-party couriers.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product(s).

Everyone's skin is different, so please patch test before use.

9. Privacy & Data Security-

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, and Afterpay.

We do not store your full payment details on our website.
