1. What is inside a mystery box?

Each mystery box is a surprise with stationery, self-care, and lifestyle items.

2. Can I choose what goes in my box?

No — all boxes are mystery selections and cannot be customised.

3. Do you include free gifts?

Yes! Every box comes with a bonus free gift.

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard delivery: 3–8 business days. Express: 1–3 businessdays.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

6. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, (processed securely viaStripe/PayPal.

8. Can I return or exchange my box?

All sales are final. Refunds/replacements only for damaged, faulty, or lost items.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Boxes are already beautifully packaged and suitable for gifting.
